About The Job:An opportunity has arisen for Customer Relations Executive (UAE National) to join TECOM Group. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Attend calls and reply to emails from business partners and contact centre.Provide PO box Services (Renewal, New, Cancelation and additional services such as lock change, adding agent authorization and company name change.Verify CRM data and check the uploaded document against PO box new and renewal.Send PO box details to Emirates Post Group with customers’ requests and services such as new PO box, renewal, cancellation, lock change and Name change, adding Tejari service, adding agent authorization in an excel sheet daily and maintaining updates on CRMSend the new PO box keys/lock change to the customer after receiving them from Emirates Post Group and handle it to AXS courier after updating CRM.Contact the employee and employer to clarify the details before proceeding with the absconder declaration.Proceed for printout to check the employee’s status if they are in the country. Check with Employment Mediation Workforce Affairs if any employment disputes or cases are referred to in Dubai Courts. If there is any dispute case which had been referred to court, the absconder declaration will proceed after 90 days from the referral letter issuing date.Type the absconder withdrawal letter after the customer proceeds with the request. In case of company closure, the employee approaches the counter to proceed with the absconder withdrawal and handles the letter after they pay the exit guarantee deposit.Post cancellation of visa, an employment visa holder should submit an exit document/copy of new visa/immigration printout to change status to inactive and to disengage the bank guarantee submitted against that employment visa. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: High School Certificate.Higher Diploma preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Middle East experience is preferred.Strong people orientation with a strong focus on customers and practising high-quality service delivery.Ability to work under pressure and stay calm.
