Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager is an added advantage. • Solid background in network administration and architecture • In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (Static, Default, Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF, MPLS). • Switching Technologies: VLAN, VTP, STP, Layer 2 Security; Stacking, ACL, SNMP, Logging, NTP, DHCP, DNS, AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting), RADIUS etc • Redundancy Solution – Ether Channel, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP • VPN technologies: IPSec VPN; SSL VPN; Site to Site VPN; MPLS IP VPN. • Firewall: Routing, NAT, ACL, Firewall Rules, Failover, WAN Load Balancing, MFA, Active-Standby or Active-Active Failover. • Storage Area Network: Brocade and Dell SAN Switches. • Experience in Zero Trust Network Access, SD-WAN, SD-Access. • Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds / PRTG Network Monitoring & Syslog tools) • Quality of Service (QOS) – Traffic
