Technical: • Jira and Confluence • Visio • Any BPM tools 3 • Any software testing and QA tools. • plans, test cases, execution and quality processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Technical background and an understanding of the property and retail industry (optional) • Database query skills and understanding, mainly in Oracle and SQL Server for investigating into defects or issues. • Knowledge of automated testing tools, like LoadRunner, WinRunner, QTP, Rational Robot, etc • Have an understanding of IT security and networking concepts, protocols such as HTTP and HTTPS, firewalls etc. • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously • Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated • Driving for results

Functional Competencies: • Good financial knowledge to discuss and liaise with financial team. • Excellent in team collaboration and team handling. • Strong experience in Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, Business process modeling. • Good Documentation skills to prepare deliverables using AIM methodology. • Quick learner, effective troubleshooter with excellent analytical skills. • Experience in writing FRD/SRS documents and user stories • Experience in writing test cases/use cases Personal Characteristics and Required Background: Personal characteristics: • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment • Open- minded, Honest • Good Communication Skills • Great attitude and possess a sense of accountability • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Must be well versed in communicating to both technical and non-technical persons. Qualification: • Bachelors / Master’s Degree or the equivalent in Computer Science or a related field • At least 4-6 years of experience on Process Analysis, Design, Modeling and software testing.
