1. JOB PURPOSE

To help the organization in efficiently fulfilling the sales and distribution objectives by managing a team of Key account executives and ensuring sales and distribution targets are achieved

• People management and development
• Collection of account receivables and reconciliation of accounts

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

· Graduate or equivalent, exceptions for deserving candidates -12th pass

· English language – Read, write and speak- mandatory

· Additional language – advantage

· Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to operate ERP/ reporting tools- required

· 2-3 years prior supervisory/ people management experience in UAE

· UAE Driving license-must

3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

· Internal -Communication linkages to Sales management team, merchandising team, logistics, finance and marketing verticals

· External- In store communication with section managers, store managers, department heads, buyers in Head offices etc

· Reporting relationship to Unit Manager

4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

· Achievement of sales, distribution and collection targets

· BDA Visibility contracts negotiation and finalization

· Periodic reviews and negotiation with buying team of key accounts as applicable

· Planning sales & business development activities and increasing efficiency with the current infrastructure

· Identify and action on repeat patterns of business losses and enhance ROI and productivity

· Regular sales team meetings to ensure monthly objectives are met

· RTM plans as applicable and planning and finalizing secondary activities with brand partners and/ or marketing team

· Monitor sales team for adherence to route coverage, target achievement

· Market information feedback – own / competitor activities

· On the job training to Key account executives- people development objectives

· Follow up and ensure collection of receivables in agreed timelines

· Ensure the key account executives are regular in updating of customer database to ensure healthy service standards

· New account opening/ new branch opening, credit limit revision recommendations to CCD

· Ageing/ near expiry stocks – propose and implement effective stock rotation to minimize liquidation losses

· Implement and provide feedback on all tactical activities undertaken in the outlets

· Consistent monitoring and feedback on the financial discipline/ risk of the assigned customers

5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

· Flexible working hours

· Willingness to take on additional responsibilities on need basis.

· Regular visits to the customer locations within the assigned territory as per journey plan

· Outstation visits if applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• FMCG – HoReCa sales: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
