As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to : 1. Website Management: ● Design, develop, and maintain a user-friendly website showcasing Tathastu Global’s properties and services. ● Implement SEO best practices to ensure high search engine rankings for relevant keywords. ● Create and publish engaging content, including property descriptions, blog posts, and market reports. ● Manage website analytics to track visitor behavior and optimize website performance. ● Ensure website compliance with industry regulations and best practices. 2. Social Media Marketing: ● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage with potential clients. ● Create and manage social media profiles on relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). ● Develop and post engaging content, including images, videos, and social media ads. ● Run social media campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to the website. ● Monitor and analyze social media performance and adapt strategies accordingly. ● Search Engine Marketing (SEM): ● Research and identify relevant keywords for paid advertising campaigns. ● Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. ● Optimize ad campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates. ● Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. 3. Content Marketing: ● Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to attract and engage potential clients. ● Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos. ● Promote content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization. ● Track content performance with a content planner and analyze effectiveness in achieving marketing goals. 4. Email Marketing: ● Build and manage an email list of potential clients. ● Design and send targeted email campaigns to promote properties, services, and events. ● Track and analyze email campaign performance and optimize email content for improved engagement. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: ● Collect and analyze data from various online marketing channels. ● Create MIS reports, presentations to track progress and develop strategies to optimize marketing campaign performance. ● Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Qualifications: Education: ● Bachelor/Master’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Integrated Communications, or related fields; MBA is a plus point. ● Diploma or Certification in Online marketing from related professional bodies (preferred). Experience & Location: ● 5 to 10 years of experience in social media and digital marketing within the real estate or luxury goods industry. (industry flexible) ● Must be based in Dubai, or willing to shift locations. ● Proven track record of exceeding digital marketing goals and driving significant revenue growth. ● Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, Job posting for Online Marketing Head customer lead and acquisition, sales funneling, retention marketing, paid advertising, marketing automation, and website analytics. ● Evidence of working with past clients, campaigns, projects experience involving social and digital media strategy and planning with knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance analytics across B2B & B2C channels. ● Experience working with social and digital marketing solutions and tools (HootSuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram marketing etc.) (mandatory). ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite Wordpress, Front and Back end Programming , Marketing softwares and CRM’s including salesforce and Zoho. ● Experience with gamification strategies and a passion for exploring new technologies. Skills: ● Outstanding communication, listening, interpersonal, and leadership skills skills are important, from brief writing to compiling an action plan to analyse and communicate ideas effectively. ● Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ● Maintain a positive and professional attitude. ● Be Passionate about what you do. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Stay up-to-date on the latest online marketing trends and technologies. ● Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to achieve marketing goals. ● Manage budget for online marketing activities of the company. ● Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.
