Responsible for Managing key clients in the Telecommunications space in Middle East, Africa and Asia and will be reporting direct to CEO.
Ensuring clients are engaged, how their products are performing, mapping data, responsible for reporting, presenting performance to internal and external stakeholders, road mapping and cross selling.
Monitor and improve Account performance, Customer Relationship, Account Processes, and reporting.
Ensure B2B2C Business targets are met, and revenues are optimized to meet company targets
Ensure accurate business performance reporting, data quality, KPI’s on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
Establish productive and professional long-term relationship with stakeholders at all level
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including service, technical support, finance, marketing, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.
Optimize service performance from a financial point of view
Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, including roadmaps, on an on-going basis
Monitor the market and competitor’s activities
Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress etc
Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets
Drive solutions-orientated efforts that address the customer situation
Achieve assigned service performance targets from SLA and financial perspectives
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Regional Team Management Experience (Middle East, Africa and Asia)
Based in Dubai
Traveling once a quarter.
Min 5 years’ experience in managing teams across Middle East, Africa and Asia
in managing Key Clients in the Telecommunications sector
Experience in mobile top-ups, rewards and airtime credit
Experience in, Middle East, Africa and Asia
Excellent communication skills and has the ability to influence at senior level
Someone who is agile, has the ability to think on their feet and be an ambassador to their brand.
