• Executes all procurement tasks such as contacting suppliers, getting quotations, negotiating purchases and contracts and evaluating indirect suppliers
• Creates RFQs and RFP, manages tenders and handles internal coordination using SAP Ariba
• Creates Purchase Orders and Contracts using SAP Ariba
• Manages administrative tasks for all related processes
• Assists the line manager in executing policies and department strategies
• Assists in implementing the centralized procurement function in the company
• Prepares, maintains and distributes various reports (such as spend analysis) for the team and management
• Contributes with ideas to implement cost saving opportunities
• Assists in vendor evaluations, pre-qualifications and selections etc.
