Coordinate with marketing to generate as many qualified leads as possible for sales team.
Assist sales with preparation and submittal of RFQ forms and confirm that all approved RFQs are entered into the ERP.
Coordinate with engineering to follow up with clients on issued RFIs/ RFPs.
Follow up with engineering and pre-sales teams to ensure timely issuance of quotations including all commercial and technical documentation in most professional & presentable way. Also, to check that contents match clients’ requirement.
Follow up with sales & clients on issued quotations and update offers status.
To attend meetings with potential clients in coordination with sales team.
Work with sales & engineering teams to share client’s feedback on issues with current proposals reported by clients.
Create and confidently deliver presentations & demos to clients in coordination with engineering and sales teams.
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts and KPIs adhering to the company’s processes and flowcharts.
