  • Handling administrative and accounting procedures.
  • Coordination, schedule management and assistance to necessary business trip for projects in the MENA and Africa carried out by directors.
  • Support for Internal IT system related issues (Not necessary for Technical Knowledge).
  • Necessary coordination for organizing various events including seminars, delegations and so on.
  • Support for data collection and processing for research/study on Intellectual Property and other projects.
  • Contracting, time schedule management and payment for outsourced research projects/services.
  • Arrangement of various appointments for directors with high level officers/ researchers /executives of governmental bodies, research institutions and private corporations.
  • Other related jobs

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
