Due to the introduction of new product, Murabaha Auto Finance, by the Emirates Islamic Bank.
Job Purpose
To pro-actively create and exploit business opportunities for booking auto loans for individuals and small business and to cross sell other retail products, to achieve business targets while maintaining the quality of the portfolio.
To create and maintain a good corporate image by skillfully managing existing bank relationships.

Achieve Cross selling targets of non-assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
Maintain good relationship with all the constituents in the market to ensure that quality business is referred to the company on a regular basis. To provide quality services to achieve and maintain targeted customer satisfaction index levels and to retain loyalty of customers for repeat and referral business. To ensure portfolio quality by exercising sound credit judgment and by complying with Credit & Product parameters to complete all formalities and documentation in line with corporate policy.
To pro-actively call on showrooms and customers and promptly respond to calls from them to negotiate and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time. To analyze financials submitted by the customers and prepare credit proposals for submission to appropriate approval authorities.
Person Specifications
Possesses in depth knowledge of the various dimensions of the market industry. Possesses good understanding of policies & their implications.
Excellent communication skills, result oriented, analytical thinking, capable to develop others, good public relations, perseverance.
At least 2 years UAE banking experience is required.
