We are looking for Business Analyst MIS Talents with the following duties and responsibilities.Organization Unit PurposeThe Department is a Financial Remediation team. This department is required to ensure all delinquent customers are called and followed up on for the respective due’s which are due by the customers who have an existing facility with the bank. The department is assigned targets on a monthly basis which needs to be achieved in order to achieve the overall goal for the organization. The collections Unit is required to ensure that our provision numbers, and the product flows are achieved in order to generate revenue for the bank. The follow up required on these delinquent accounts is done at the collections Centre across all products which include personal loans, credit cards and auto loans respectively. Job PurposeThe incumbent is responsible to support FR Unit in conducting data analysis, MIS needs and will play a vital role in assessing the MIS demand and design the framework for data analysis.The incumbent will work with all teams involved to create required Dashboards & Reports which in turn would provide advanced analytics across management team and business users.Design, Develop & Maintain mission-critical reporting to Internal.End-to-End Process Flow Mapping of Data Processing across FR operations.Transformation of data into Business Intelligent Trends to be used for Advanced Data AnalyticsAnalyze and understand myriad client requests covering three Business Segments.Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiencyShould be able to build robust MIS for creating an automated way of capturing unit KPIs, SLAs and performance achievement against defined metricsJob ContentReport format, frequency design and developmentPrincipal Responsibility for End-to-End Customer Journey for all segments and projectsExecution of requested data / reporting requests within Specified TATAccuracy in reporting and portfolio performance trackingPreliminary Analysis on Communication populationData Cleansing to transform abstract data into fit-to-form for communicationLiaise with Internal Stakeholders (CDD Ops Management), Client Stakeholders (RBWM Governance, Business Segments, CLM, GCE, Group Marketing) and External Stakeholders (EDC, EMPOST) for Communication Approval Process and execution of communication campaignsDesign and Development of MIS / Reporting / Communication Trend AnalysisNeed-based Data Analysis & advanced analytics across management team and business usersCross-system data assimilation, validation, and Business Intelligence Factor incorporationDesign and Develop Data Tables for Extraction of requisite data from EDWAutomation & Tool Development to save Touch time and Enhance TransparencyAutomation of daily MI activities to reduce processing effort using excel ,access VBA,SAS, Power BIDesign, Develop & Maintain Tools basis operational BAU requirements with complete data flow with front end GUI and report management.Job /Person SpecificationsPrior banking experience required.
