Title: HR SpecialistReporting To: HR ManagerPackage Included: Competitive Salary + Residence Visa + Medical Insurance + Annual Ticket (after completion of 1 year of employment)Working Schedule:Monday-Friday – 9:00 am – 6:00 pmSunday (Alternate) – 10:00 am – 3:00 pmThe key responsibilities for this role typically include:Job Description Creation – Collaborating with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions outlining the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position.Sourcing Candidates – Utilizing various methods to attract and identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.Screening Resumes and Applications – Reviewing resumes and job applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience against the job requirements.Conducting Interviews – Interviewing candidates to evaluate their fit for the role, and assess their skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural alignment with the organization.Candidate Assessment and Evaluation – Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of candidates, including skills assessments, personality assessments, and reference checks, to ensure they meet the organization’s requirements and standards.Managing the Hiring Process – Coordinating and managing the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.Negotiating Job Offers – Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and other compensation packages.Building Talent Pools – Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future job openings, keeping in touch with passive candidates, and nurturing relationships with potential talent.Employer Branding and Candidate Experience – Representing the organization positively to potential candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.Continuous Improvement – Staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment and continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes to achieve better results and meet organizational goals.Please attach your updated CV upon submitting your application.
