We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Tanami Properties. As an integral part of our HR department, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and driving our company culture forward.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers.Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive work environment.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience working in HR, preferably in the real estate industry.Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
