We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrative Assistant to join our team.Job Description:In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition activities and provide essential administrative support to our training and HR operations. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with our team.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for headhunting and recruitment.Identify and engage with potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings.Coordinate and schedule interviews.Assist in finalizing job offers.Maintain candidate databases.Stay updated on UAE market trends and industry insights.Administrative Support:Coordinate training programs and manage the training calendar.Develop training outlines and materials.Register the company as a supplier in relevant portals.Assist in general administrative tasks.Maintain organized records and documentation.Qualifications:Experience in UAE talent acquisition and recruitment.Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter platform.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong administrative abilities.Knowledge of UAE market and industry trends.Self-motivated and able to work remotely.Compensation:Monthly salary: 2,000 AED.10% commission on profits from successful hiring after completing the probation periodno other benefits will be provided.If you are a motivated individual with experience in talent acquisition, administrative tasks, and a passion for HR and training, we’d love to hear from you.Join our team at Talents Tide and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and organizations with world-class training and talent solutions!
