We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President of Finance. In this role, you will lead our finance department, overseeing all financial operations and strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, along with relevant work experience, is required for this position. Join our team and make a significant impact on our financial future!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization’s financial health and growth.Provide financial leadership and direction to the finance team, setting goals, priorities, and deadlines for financial reporting and analysis.Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management and external stakeholders.Manage cash flow, investment portfolios, and financial risk to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue generation, and operational efficiencies.Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth and profitability.Collaborate with other senior executives to develop and execute long-term financial plans and objectives aligned with the overall strategic goals of the organization.Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting and compliance.Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in financial operations.Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively address financial challenges and opportunities facing the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification strongly preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance leadership role, with proven track record of success.Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
