9. Strong experience in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, Processes
and Procedures.
10. Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both waterfall and Agile.
11. Strong team management and building skills.
12. Manage the project
constrains of Scope,
time and Cost.
13. Work under pressure
and deliver under
tight deadlines.
Strong Executive stakeholder’s management.15. Strong Experience in tendering process
in UAE federal environment.16. Project Management certification like PMP, Scrum,
Prince 2, etc.·
Ensure there is a proper governance established at an execution level
to ensure dependencies between various departments
at and the system integrator are identified and managed.·
Ensure infrastructure for hosting of the Central
Data Platform (CDP) is available
based on the implementation timeline.19.
Platform Development and Infrastructure Implementation:·
Manage ongoing
platform enhancements and upgrades to accommodate evolving business requirements.·
Develop a release plan for implementing changes to the CDP20. Stakeholder Engagement and System Integration:·
Act as the primary
point of contact
for all stakeholders involved in the CDP, including operations, security and the Ministry of
Finance.·
Coordinate with UAE cyber security council
for adherent to any established security standards.21. Program Management and Performance Monitoring:·
Monitor project
plans, lead review
sessions, update the steering committee
on progress, and address issues or roadblocks.·
Monitor the performance and availability of invoicing services
and infrastructure, implementing optimizations as needed.22.
Compliance, Security, and Vendor Relations:·
Ensure the platform adheres
to relevant invoicing standards, data privacy
laws, and cybersecurity protocols.·
Stay updated on industry
trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust the platform
strategy and maintain compliance.23.
Vendor Relations:·
Evaluate and manage relationships with software vendors,
service providers, and consultants to support platform development, implementation and operations.

Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors
meet agreed-upon service
levels and monitor
deliverables.
