A Technical Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers. They identify and resolve technical issues, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. The solutions engineer also conducts product demonstrations and provides training sessions to help customers optimize their use of the product.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions.Collaborate with team members to escalate complex technical issues.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.Participate in product development by providing customer feedback and suggestions.Document technical knowledge base articles and help improve the support process.Assist in creating and maintaining customer documentation and user guides.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.Coordinate with internal teams to address product-related technical challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in providing technical support or solutions engineering.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.In-depth knowledge of software development concepts and programming languages.
