Job Description
The Supervisor of Facility Maintenance oversees and coordinates the maintenance and repair of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. They are responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians
Implement and maintain maintenance processes and procedures
Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized maintenance projects
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience in facility maintenance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities
