The Structural BIM Technician is responsible for creating and maintaining 3D structural models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. They collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into detailed models and drawings. This role involves analyzing architectural and structural drawings, detecting clashes, and developing solutions.
