Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for successful interaction with clients and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgear and control panels.Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.Respond to service calls in a timely manner and resolve electrical problems efficiently.Provide technical support to customers and assist with electrical system design and implementation.Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and performance.Collaborate with other service engineers and technicians to address complex electrical issues.Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities and repairs performed.Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology to provide innovative solutions.Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Certification in electrical systems or equivalent experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
