The Senior Specialist – People Advisory is responsible for providing human resources advice and support to the organization. They will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations issues, and provide guidance on performance management and employee development. The Senior Specialist – People Advisory will also support recruitment and talent management activities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and career progression.Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent management initiatives.Provide advice and support on compensation and benefits matters.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to inform HR strategies and initiatives.Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and initiatives for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a multinational organization.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
