The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for the company. They build and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service and support to clients.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and meet their needs and expectations.Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure the alignment of sales and marketing efforts.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities.Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong sales and presentation skills.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Target-driven with a competitive mindset.Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects.Strong organizational and time management skills.
