Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in process management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
