The Senior Account Manager for the MENA region is responsible for managing key client accounts to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary duties include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, developing account strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Additionally, achieving revenue targets and identifying opportunities for upselling are key aspects of this role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the MENA region.Understand clients’ business goals and needs to develop tailored account strategies.Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.Actively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to inform account strategies.Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in account management, preferably in the MENA region.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
