The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key accounts for the company. They are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of account management.ResponsibilitiesManaging and growing existing key accounts.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Understanding client needs and identifying upselling opportunities.Collaborating with the sales team to develop account strategies.Conducting regular account reviews and providing reports to management.Resolving customer complaints and addressing concerns.Establishing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.Attending industry events and networking with clients.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Proven experience in account management or a similar role.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
