We are seeking an experienced dedicated and professional Female Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficientlyGreet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional mannerMaintain and organize office files, documents, and recordsSchedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendarsAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office managementCoordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operationsLiaise with various departments and external clients when neededRequirements:Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage ( not mandatory )Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred .Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Secretary cum Receptionist roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
