We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team focusing on used cars. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving targets by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the car buying process. Duties include responding to inquiries, scheduling test drives, organizing vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate records of sales data, preparing sales reports, and providing support to sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Join our team and be a key player in driving our used car sales success!ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and efficient sales processes for used cars.Manage and update inventory of used cars, including tracking availability, pricing, and vehicle details.Assist customers with inquiries, test drives, and sales transactions for used cars.Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices, and other documentation related to used car sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote used cars through various channels and campaigns.Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies for used cars.Organize and participate in events or promotions to showcase and sell used cars.Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the used car sales process.Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to used car sales, including vehicle registration and transfer procedures.Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement in the used car sales department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales databases.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
