The Restaurant & Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a pleasant dining experience for guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with health and safety regulations.Train and supervise restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update the menu.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant and bar areas.
High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in a restaurant or bar management role.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
