We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the hospital. Responsibilities include assessing patient health needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans, as well as assist with procedures and treatments as needed. The successful candidate will have a valid RN license, excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Experience in an inpatient setting is preferred. Apply now to make a difference in the lives of our patients.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in an inpatient setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team.Carry out physician orders and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and other regulatory standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety within the healthcare facility.Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institutionValid state licensure as a Registered NurseCertification in Inpatient Nursing (CIP) preferredBLS and ACLS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient healthcare setting
