Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools for sourcing and managing candidates.
