Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software to source, screen, and manage candidates.Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.
