The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. They work with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, manage advertising budgets, and analyze campaign performance. They also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, and social media.Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategies that align with business goals.Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and new growth opportunities.Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics and other tools.Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.Test and optimize campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms and technologies.Manage relationships with advertising partners and agencies.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
