The Payments Product Owner – Fintech is responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of payment products within a fintech organization. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires a solid understanding of payments technologies, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality payment products.Gather and analyze data on user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.Monitor and evaluate product performance, including key metrics and customer feedback.Develop and maintain product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful product releases.Provide leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the payments industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, finance).Proven experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.Strong knowledge of payments technologies and industry trends.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Outstanding project management and analytical abilities.
