As a Patient Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and retention within healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating with patients to address their concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients by providing them with support, guidance, and information throughout their healthcare journey. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient issues and improve overall patient experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate approach towards patient care. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public relations, or related field.Previous experience in a customer service or patient relations role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
