Join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our car rental business!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of the car rental business.Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and replacements to ensure fleet availability and safety.Coordinate with rental agents and customer service representatives to ensure seamless customer experience during pick-up, drop-off, and reservation processes.Monitor and manage rental revenue, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial targets and objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with car rental suppliers for vehicle acquisitions, rental agreements, and fleet enhancements.Conduct regular performance reviews of staff members and provide training and development opportunities to improve team productivity.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards to maintain a lawful and ethical operation.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.Implement technology solutions for reservations, tracking, and inventory management to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations for operational enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Previous experience in the car rental industry or related field.Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of operational success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used in operations management.
