We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant and Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Office Assistance:Provide administrative support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.Data Entry and Management:Input and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy.Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.Generate reports and summaries as needed.Maintain data confidentiality and security.Customer Service:Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide information or direct them to the appropriate resources.Additional Duties:Support other administrative staff and departments as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or data management are a plus.Experience: Previous experience in an office environment or in data entry is preferred.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.Excellent typing speed and accuracy.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
