The Lead Instrumentation Engineer/TPE V is responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the field of instrument engineering. They are responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining all instrumentation systems within a project. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable instrumentation performance. The Lead Instrumentation Engineer/TPE V also reviews and approves instrumentation designs and provides technical support during project execution.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems.Lead and participate in instrument commissioning and testing activities.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and field technicians.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.Conduct technical reviews and inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.Manage and coordinate instrumentation activities from concept to completion.Keep abreast of new technologies and industry best practices.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering.Strong knowledge of instrument design, installation, and maintenance.Proficiency in using industry software and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
