The Junior Architect supports the architectural design and planning process under the guidance of senior architects. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with drafting, preparing project documentation, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with the design team. You should possess strong technical and design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, staying up-to-date with current design trends and regulations is essential in this role.ResponsibilitiesAssist with architectural design and planning activities, such as drafting and creating design concepts.Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.Conduct site surveys and analyze site conditions to inform the design process.Collaborate with senior architects and design team members to develop design solutions.Support the development of architectural models and presentations.Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, standards, and regulations.Assist with client meetings and presentations, including preparing materials and taking notes.Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.Strong technical and design skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
