An IT support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to an organization’s computer systems and users. Requirements
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
