Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller/Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, sourcing high-quality materials at competitive rates, and ensuring a seamless supply chain to support our digital printing operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMonitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels of printing materials, consumables, and spare parts.Conduct regular stock audits, investigate variances, and reconcile discrepancies.Prepare inventory forecasts and generate stock status reports for management.Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.Procurement ActivitiesIdentify and evaluate suppliers for printing consumables, inks, machinery parts, and other related materials.Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors to secure the best deals.Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality.Operational SupportCollaborate with the production team to ensure inventory aligns with project requirements and timelines.Monitor inventory turnover and recommend stock replenishment strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations in procurement and inventory management.Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Male candidate, due to operational requirements2–4 years of experience in inventory and procurement roles, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) and MS Office applications.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Knowledge of the digital printing industry and related materials is a plus.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
