Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims adjusting.Strong knowledge of insurance policies and coverages.Excellent investigative and analytical skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.Proficiency in using claim management software and tools.
