The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. They will support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and policies.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding.Administer and track employee benefits, including leave management and employee insurance.Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance evaluations.Assist in conducting training and development programs for employees.Maintain accurate HR records and databases.Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR executive or in a similar role.Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.Familiarity with HR software and databases.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
