The HR Associate plays a key role in providing support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various HR functions and programs. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting initial screenings of candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. The HR Associate is also responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with benefit administration. Additionally, the HR Associate may help with performance management activities, employee relations, and HR compliance tasks. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for this role, along with a good understanding of HR principles and practices. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
