The HR Analyst collects and analyzes HR data to provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives. They create reports and dashboards, conduct research, and support HR programs and policies. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, or a related field.Previous experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to handle data securely.
