The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas in a facility are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. The Supervisor will assign tasks to housekeeping staff, inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, and address any issues or deficiencies in a timely manner. They will also train new housekeeping staff, schedule shifts, and ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are stocked and in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation proceduresExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
