As an HIS Support specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of healthcare information systems. You will provide technical support to users, ensuring the efficient and effective use of the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare processes and possess excellent problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure healthcare information systems.Train and support end-users on system functionalities and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to implement system upgrades and enhancements.Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security policies.Provide ongoing technical support to users and address their queries and concerns.

Requirements
