Job Description
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding new hires
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
