The Guest Relation Agent (French Speaker) will provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking guests, ensuring a memorable and positive experience. They will assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and provide information about hotel facilities and services. This role requires fluency in French and English, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.Assist with check-out procedures and payment processing.Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns.Maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel lobby and public areas.Handle and escalate any emergencies or security incidents according to hotel protocols.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of hotel operations and services.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
