The Food Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process in a food manufacturing or processing facility. The Food Production Supervisor also monitors inventory levels, troubleshoots production issues, and implements process improvements. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in food science, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in food production or manufacturing, with supervisory responsibilities.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, such as HACCP.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
