They provide customer service, perform safety demonstrations, and assist passengers with their needs. Flight attendants work as part of a team and follow established procedures to handle emergencies, such as medical incidents or evacuations. They must be able to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Flight attendants may work on domestic or international flights and must adhere to airline regulations and policies.ResponsibilitiesGreet passengers and assist them with finding their seats and stowing their luggage.Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers.Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Monitor and ensure compliance with aircraft safety regulations.Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the aircraft cabin.Assist passengers during emergencies, such as aircraft evacuation or first aid situations.Coordinate with the flight crew to ensure efficient and safe flight operations.Handle cash and perform in-flight sales transactions, if required.Complete necessary paperwork and reports after each flight.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.Fluent in English and any additional languages depending on the airline’s requirements.
